[Service Name] is a real-time browser source for OBS (and any OBS-compatible software like Streamlabs or XSplit) that displays your live FACEIT CS2 stats directly on stream. It shows your current ELO, level, win/loss, KD, and more - automatically updating as your matches finish.

Three steps:

• Enter your FACEIT username in Step 1 and click Fetch User to verify it.
• Configure your preferences (overlay style, colours, stats) in the sections below.
• Copy the generated URL from the Your Overlay URL section, then add it to OBS as a Browser Source.

Set the Browser Source width to 400 px and height to 130 px (or 160 px for the circular variant). Make sure Shutdown source when not visible is unchecked so the overlay keeps refreshing.

Currently [Service Name] supports CS2 (Counter-Strike 2) via the FACEIT platform. Your account must have at least one ranked CS2 match on FACEIT for stats to load. Other games may be considered in the future.

Yes. You can enter either your FACEIT nickname or your 64-bit SteamID (the long number starting with 7656…) in the username field. Both are accepted - the overlay will resolve your FACEIT profile automatically.

The Free plan gives you a fully functional overlay with live ELO, level badge, match win/loss, KD, and headshot %, across both the Standard and Circular display styles. The only difference is a small [Service Name] watermark in the corner. No credit card or account is ever required for the free tier.

Premium members get:

• No watermark - fully clean overlay
• Custom colours - change the accent, background, and text colours to match your stream branding
• Advanced stats panel - 24-hour ELO change graph, streak counter, and match history
• Background image support - use a custom image behind the overlay card
• Priority data caching - faster refresh intervals

Monthly: $5 / month. Yearly: $30 / year (save 50%). Both plans are one-time crypto payments - there is no auto-renewal or recurring billing. When your period ends you simply purchase again if you want to continue.

Your configuration (username, overlay style, cache setting) is stored locally in your browser and is never deleted. If your Premium expires the overlay will simply fall back to the free version - your custom colour and watermark settings will be saved and will re-activate instantly when you renew.

We use Paymento as our payment processor, which specialises in crypto payments. This lets us keep pricing low, avoid chargebacks, and offer truly borderless access - no matter where you are in the world. We do not plan to add card payments at this time.

Premium activates automatically once your blockchain transaction receives sufficient confirmations. This typically takes 1–15 minutes depending on network congestion and the coin you use. You will be redirected back to the setup page and a confirmation banner will appear. If Premium has not activated after 30 minutes, please contact us.

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all sales are final and non-refundable. We recommend trying the free plan thoroughly before purchasing. If Premium did not activate correctly after a confirmed payment, contact us and we will resolve it manually - you will not lose your purchase.

Days stack. If you have 10 days left and purchase a monthly plan, you will end up with 41 days of Premium. You will see an alert before checkout confirming the extension so you always know exactly what you are buying.

Yes! Switch to the Gift tab in the Premium section, enter the recipient's FACEIT username, choose monthly or yearly, and complete checkout. Their Premium activates instantly and your name will appear on the gifters wall in their setup page.

No action required from the recipient. Once your payment confirms, Premium is applied directly to their FACEIT account. The next time they open the setup page they will see their premium status and any pending gift notifications automatically.

Very little. Your overlay preferences (username, style choices) are stored only in your own browser's localStorage - they never leave your device. The only data we hold server-side is your FACEIT player ID and premium expiry timestamp (for paying users), and your FACEIT nickname as a lookup cache. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies.

No. All payment processing is handled entirely by Paymento. We never see or store your wallet address or any financial information. We only receive a webhook notification confirming a successful payment, along with your FACEIT username and the plan duration.

No. [Service Name] is an independent third-party tool that uses the publicly available FACEIT Data API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with FACEIT Ltd. or ESL Gaming.

Stats are cached to avoid hitting FACEIT API rate limits. The default cache window is shown in the Cache section of the setup page. After a match, wait for the cache to expire (or reduce the cache interval in settings) and the overlay will refresh automatically. If stats are still stale after the cache window, right-click the Browser Source in OBS and choose Refresh.

Check the following:

• Your FACEIT username is spelled correctly (it is case-sensitive).
• You have at least one ranked CS2 match on FACEIT.
• The Browser Source URL starts with https:// - do not use a local file path.
• OBS Browser Source has a stable internet connection (disable any VPN that might block API requests).

If the problem persists, copy the URL and open it directly in a browser to see any error messages.

The overlay URL in your OBS Browser Source may be cached. Right-click the source → Refresh, or close and re-open OBS. If the setup page shows your Premium as active but the watermark is still visible after a refresh, contact us with your FACEIT username and we will investigate.
